🌿 COMMUNITY VIEWING HOUR: Want to see the "Havana Nights" magic before the party starts? The community is invited to view the Prom decorations at The VeNue Event Space from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturday.

Guest Parking: Available in the North and South parking lots.
Note: If using the North lot, please enter via the Bus Barn Road.
Student Parking: Attendees will park on the East side (front of the school building). We kindly ask that guests avoid this area.

The Harrison County Cattlemen's Association brought the 𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐅 today! 🐄🍔
They’re cooking up homegrown beef burgers for our students, and we are so thankful for their continued support of our school. Thank you!

🍀 The high school cooking class has been exploring Irish cuisine and learning how to make traditional Irish Soda Bread! This quick bread uses baking soda and buttermilk instead of yeast, making it a simple but delicious staple in Irish kitchens.
Students also learned about a fun Irish tradition—cutting a cross in the top of the bread to “let the fairies out.” While it’s a charming story, it also serves a scientific purpose by helping the bread bake more evenly!
Today, students put their knowledge to the test during their Soda Bread Lab, baking three flavorful varieties:
🧀 Jalapeño Cheddar
🍬 Cinnamon Sugar
🍇 Cinnamon Raisin
To top it off, the class compared regular butter and margarine with Kerrygold Irish Grass-Fed Butter. Students noticed a big difference in flavor, color, and consistency—proving that ingredients really do matter in the kitchen!

They experienced the magic of Phantom of the Opera at the stunning Fox Theatre, took a ride to the top of the iconic Gateway Arch for breathtaking views, enjoyed a delicious meal at Favazza's, also ate at Grand Mediterranean for another great dining experience, and explored the World Chess Hall of Fame to dive into the history and strategy of chess.
