BETHANY, MO — The Harrison County Health Department, in partnership with the First United Methodist Church of Bethany, is pleased to announce the launch of the Summer Food Service Program. This USDA-supported initiative is designed to ensure that children in our community continue to receive nutritious meals during the summer break.
Program Details
The program provides free lunches to all children ages 18 and under. Each meal follows strict USDA nutrition guidelines and includes milk, protein, grains, fruits, and vegetables.
To participate, families will receive a weekly meal pack containing enough food to prepare five lunches for each child.
Distribution Schedule & Location
Meals will be available for pick-up every Monday during the program duration:
Dates: June 15th through August 3rd
Time: Mondays from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm

How to Register
Families must sign up in advance and plan to pick up meals each week during the program. The required registration form is linked below and must be completed and returned to the school by Friday, May 8th

The registration form requires the following information:
Parent/Guardian name, address, and contact details
Names and ages of participating children
Health information, including specific food allergies
Contact information and relationship of the designated pick-up person
