I graduated from Albany High School in 2007.  I attended North Central Career as a welding student my junior and senior year.  I joined the Missouri Army National Guard my junior year at age 17.  Attended basic combat training the summer of 2006 and advanced individual training after high school.  I served 6 years in the National Guard including an overseas tour of duty and a month of flood duty in the Mound City area the summer of 2011.  After retuning home from overseas, I decided to go to Tulsa Welding School.  In the industry, I have worked in shops and in the field using every welding and cutting process taught at our facility.  At some shops I have worked in, we did a lot of repair work, others were building parts or projects off off of a blue print.  Most of the field work I have done has either been repair work or tig/stick welding pipe.  I look forward passing on my years of experience in the welding field to my students at the North Central Career Center.
